Does a once a year entry count as a blog?

So, ya...looks like I get around to this once a year. Between work and Facebook, and every other electronic onslaught in the world, I guess blogging is one that just won't stick for me. But, I love seeing other people's blogs. Maybe in time, I'll feel more inspired to blog! Time will tell...
